The lodge is very well designed, private, spotlessly clean, everything you could possible want (and more) is provided, great location and a easy walk into Kendal. The hosts also provided some nice, thoughtful little touches like tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, milk and even a little chocolate on arrival.

The bed was 'okay' but not the best. Other guests remarked that they found it comfy so maybe it just didn't suit us?

"A lovely finished private Lodge with fantastic amenities, outside area and all round cosy experience"

We loved how secluded the Lodge was, we felt very private. We loved the overall look and feel of the Lodge too. It was finished to a great spec and all the amenities were fab too. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the skylights too! We went around Kendal in the day and then sat out on the veranda and ate dinner which we cooked in the Lodge, defo recommend for a great couples getaway!

The property is in a quiet location, very clean and get some nice little bits for brews and treats to arrive to. Would definitely stay again.
