Lovely view of Woolacombe. Amazing cleaner, really helpful. Attentive to our needs. Welcome bottle of prosecco was a nice touch Lovely garden, great bbq, comfy beds.

No fans which were needed in the heat. Water was not able to be regulated in the main bathroom so we had to use the ensuite bathroom.

The views from the living room are lovely. Good size place for 4 of us and very clean. Great, quiet location away from the noise and people down by the beach.

It was extremely warm in the living room in the afternoon when the sun was shining! Restricted opening on windows so can’t properly ventilate the room when it’s warm. The kitchen could be slightly better equipped; no lids for the saucepans and no colander or sieve. Also no pepper or salt which would have been handy! (We did however have teabags, packets of sugar and small plastic pots of ketchup).

Lovely sea views, great garden space and comfortable beds, we had an absolutely lovely stay and really love Woolacombe.

There was a lot of rubbish on arrival. The outside bin was full and there were a lot of bottles stacked outside. There was old dog poo in the garden. The barbecue was dirty. The garden wasn’t secure for the dogs, there were holes in the fence and nothing to stop the dogs going to the lower level. So instead of relaxing in the garden we had to keep them on leads.The garden was overgrown with brambles growing over the entrance. The oven door doesn’t close so it takes ages to cook and heats up the already hot room.
