The Roost in the Blackdowns

Impeccable, Extremely clean, neat, simple. Beautiful surroundings....Incredible birds singing in the morning...like I have never heard before....Glorious morning. Super comfy bed...saw deer, rabbits...

I had to do some work and thought the wifi was not strong enough, but hey, it worked just fine!

Everything was spotless and tidy, beautiful location, huge shower, gorgeous accommodation and very comfortable. Perfect communication from the hosts and even found the best route for when there was roadworks. Lovely complimentary toiletries. Quality furniture and bedding. Hosts went above and beyond to make an incredible stay.

Could do with extra instructions on how the heating worked and the WiFi. Was a little difficult to access

Everything , this cottage is the best accommodation we have stayed and we have travelled all over the world. It’s a credit to the owners.

Nothing and if anyone complains they need to take a good look at themselves.

Perfect location, so quiet and relaxing. Short walk from two pubs. Catherine’s wheel serves outstanding pub food. Villa is Equipped very well for long stay vacations. Owners are very nice and welcoming. Couldn’t have asked for more. We’ve had the best time.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the property was clean and comfortable. Chris and Karen were really nice and helpful. There were lots of utensils that we didn’t even think of which saved us going out and buying them

I could not say one bad thing about this property everything was amazing!
