Location, clean, modern inside but in a lovely old building being restored. Many helpful recommendations from our host.

The bed in loft had a very low ceiling, no adult could stand up in it. Didn’t realise this before booking.

The furniture was very tasteful, so we felt very comfortable! The room was well equipped for short and long stays. The placement of the apartment is very good, you can reach everything in a few minutes. At least I need to mention the Host Eyal. He was very communicative and reccomended us many nice places to visit and eat. All in all it was a very nice stay with a very friendly and organised Host!!!

The location is great, near metro, bus and tram station and a kids park and very near to a supermarket, which was very useful as you you will be able to see below. The host was very helpful for giving us instructions about the parking. Also bed linen were clean and the bed comfy (thank God, as everything else was a disaster, please, please see below).

At the entrance there was a mattress and the bed linen of the previous guests. They stayed there for our entire stay. The hallway was smelling like rotten and mold because of the still water dripping from the AC. The apartment carried the same smell. We were about to find that there was another puddle of smelly water behind the toilet. There is only a little window, no natural sunlight at all, looks and smells more like a basement so to stay with a toddler was awful. Everything was so dirty, I believe we were staying in the in the litter of the previous 5-6 guests before us, meaning there were big chunks of food on the floor. There was no toilet paper, no toiletries, no dishwasher soap, no garbage bags, kitchen towels and only a sponge that wasn't changed for half a year. After a 6h drive and 3h spent at the mall to meet up the check-in hour, we had to rush into the supermarket to spend money for all these things, including some towels, the ones provided had stains on them. We let the host know about everything, other than "sorry, the team arrives to check things up", we haven't received anything, even though we stayed for a week there. The property was a health and safety hazard for our toddler, up to the point that we decided to stay uptown all day and only sleep and shower here. That meant that for a week he wasn't able to have his evening nap. He couldn't play on the floor because of the dirt. And after couple of days, we started to have flies all over the place because of the still water inside and outside the apartment. So we had to buy some cleaning ustensils, as there is nothing there, no broom, no mop, anything. To sum up, it was the worst holiday, if you can call it this way, as we had to do the cleaning, shopping, talking care not to break our necks on the floor, staying in mold, awful smell and flies. Please avoid at all costs. Oh. And be careful, as I was offered money to take this review down.

The place is nice, quite and clean. The communication with host was really good and he was responsive. Got a clear instructions how to enter the building and the apartment. Wifi was good and got the password before arrival. Also Host was kind and he proposed a lot of places where is good to eat, bars, what to see in Budapest, answered all of our questions because it was our first stay in Budapest. Location is also good but it depends for what you need. We were going to the concert in Puskas arena so this was between arena and city centre. Also bonus point for having clothes iron.

There is a parking nearby, 150m maybe from the apartment. Which is great but it was full when we arrived so we needed to park on the streets. It was quite difficult to figure out how to pay on-street parking. Maybe advise for host is to provide info how to pay parking on the streets (Parkl application worked best for me).

Super apartment in an even more stellar location! Would definitely recommend, Eyal is a great host but would have preferred a little bit more communication at times but it's neither here nor there as the apartment and his recommendation for spots to visit more than made up for it.
