Great place with a very good location. Our host had taken care of everything. He had given us all the information.

It was very modern and nice looking. The tv was easy to use. The shower was nice. The location was good. Host was friendly.

The bed area was very low, had to keep my neck low while up there which hurt mine and my partners back. This wasn’t disclosed that the height of the bedroom was for a child’s height. The sofa had a huge stain on it and the room was very cold. No instructions on how to heat up the room. The stairs not having a barrier is dangerous. The door wasn’t easy to get in and out to, they didn’t disclose you had to push the door hard for it to open. The boiler is old school, the hot water will run out and you have to wait for it to heat up again.

Good location of the apartments - close to the city center and a lot of different restaurants. the toilet room is in good condition. The host is welcoming. Easy to check in and check out. In walking distance there is a free of change luggage keeping room provided by the host.

The apartments do not look already the way you can see it at the booking.com pictures. The renovation was done long time ago (I suppose). A lot of mold on the walls, the apartment smells with the mold as the ventilation is very poor there. The cleaning was done terrible - a lot of dirt and dust, even croissant crumbs on the floor, the carpet near the sofa was in old hear... The cleaning was not done at check-in time, it took cleaning lady 45 more min to do the job, meanwhile we were standing near apartments waiting as she told us she needs only 10 min, so we did not go for a walk. We did not rush her though but the dust in the room does not look like the new one (see pics). Apartment looks bigger on the pictures - if you stay more than 2 people it is almost impossible to fit in - the folding sofa on the lower level takes all the space so you can not pass to the toilet. we have stayed in other apartments at the same company (host) - and that was totally different experience, so we were very disappointed with this location.

The apartment does look like the pictures BUT bear in mind that it’s very staged and it looks a lot better and bigger. The apartment is small and doesn’t have much ventilation, the only natural light comes from a window that is very hard to open given the height plus you can’t keep it open all time since it opens to the main courtyard of the building. The apartment is located in an old building, you’ll be given a code to open the front door and then after a hall you come to the courtyard, the apartment is on the first floor on the right. There’s a keybox for each apartment that you take out with a code and then there’s another door that’s always open, a little foyer and then two doors: Apartment 1 and Apartment 2. We stayed at the first apartment. Overall the host seemed very knowledgeable and helpful to us, he sent us recommendations and always kept in touch with us which made the experience a lot better. The zone is amazing, it has a pharmacy near, shops, bars, restaurants and coffee shops all in a close distance. It’s definitely a good find if you don’t care for cleanliness.

The AC wasn’t working it wouldn’t warm up and it made some weird noises. The kitchen is tiny, there’s only two stools and a worktop to eat. The electric stove wouldn’t work so if you plan on making your meals at the apartment don’t count on using that. The bathroom was the worst. It wouldn’t dry up and it was very very humid. After two showers it would create puddles everywhere. The apartment definitely ISNT clean. The living room/bedroom were full of dust and trash underneath the beds. We found pieces of glass beneath the couch bed as well. We took out the bed linens while getting ready to leave and we found weird brown/red stains on the couch bed mattress. The loft is very short, no adult can fully stand up on it. The couch was comfortable but the moment you open up the bed you can barely walk around without hitting your legs everywhere. We didn’t have more trash bags or any cleaning utensils for the kitchen, only the one trash bag in a very tiny trash can and a sponge. Given the fact that we had booked the trip for a whole week there should have been the care of giving us at least a few more trash bags plus toilet paper. There’s also no cleaning supplies, keeping a broom to use would be great. The day we arrived we noticed that we couldn’t find the TV remote and we texted the host to inform him that it wasn’t there and all we got was “Thank you for letting me know, I will inform to the team”. We never got the remote even after a whole week. We also got asked to leave the door key at the key box which we found strange but we did ended up doing thinking that they would come and give us the remote + supplies. But they never came. At check out we did send a msg to the host and they seemed very open-minded and helpful, even offering us a 35€ refund. We accepted it but then got another msg asking us not to leave a review. After looking around we only found one other review saying that they got offered money to take down their own bad review. !!Be careful!!
