Central location of apartment is very convenient! Right next to many cafes and city sightseeings. Hospitality of the owner was really kind and lovely! No any problems with check in and check out. Super clean place!

By entering the 4 level building door you face a raw of smelly rubbish bins. That crashes your first impression of historical architecture and brings some frustrating expectations about your choice. But this has nothing to do with apartment itself luckly ))

Nice design for the entire apartment, good use of space, nicely positioned with good coffee shops and breakfast locations in the nearby. We had a public parking facility - payed - in the nearby, like 5 min walk-in distance.

The apartment being located in the city center, is a part of an old building with not so nice overall aspect, less maintenance (of the building) and work in progress for some of the other apartments. The apartment itself has a really bad smell, that it might came from the bathroom airflow (an assumption) but it has a really deep mold smell. Though the host done his best to provide some room air freshener, it cannot cover the deep mold smell.

Location, cleanliness, clear check-in instructions

Noise from neighbouring property, low ceiling height, poor communication with host, very few facilities available in the apartment - just the vare basics. The check-in codes were only sent by whatsapp and my phone stopped working. The host had not sent the details by email or via booking.com and so I was locked out of the apartment for 6 hours until they host finally responded but even then I had to go back and forth until I got an answer.

Modern, clean and good facilities

Smaller than expected and not enough dining equipment and towels for the number of guests . This was rectified on request.

The apartment is very modern, clean and has everything you need to have a good stay. There are many shopping opportunities nearby. Security is also well provided for families with children. The contact person is very friendly and available at any time if you have any questions. He provides everything to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I can only recommend this apartment.

Very clean, spacious downstairs, lovely and modern. Staff were brilliant at communicating and very accomodating. Good cooking facilities if you wanted to cook. WiFi was great and easy to setup. Lockbox provided so you don't have to worry about losing the keys. Location was brilliant, you could walk to places or get public transport in minutes.

Only thing was the ceiling upstairs was very low and I bumped my head a few times.
