The apartment is in a convenient location, but the overall experience was very disappointing. The apartment is very small and not suitable for more than two people. There is no storage space for clothes, which made organizing our stay difficult. Upon entering the apartment, there was a noticeable smell of dust and mold. When we moved the sofa, we found a lot of dirt behind it, indicating that the place had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom and shower are relatively spacious, but the showerhead is not functioning properly. Water leaks from the pipes, resulting in very weak water pressure, making it difficult to take a proper shower. Additionally, the hot water is shared with the neighboring apartment, and throughout our stay, we were unable to get hot water, even after waiting a long time. We had to shower with cold water, which was especially disappointing given the freezing weather (-1°C). The ceiling in the upstairs sleeping area is very low, and we frequently hit our heads when getting up from the bed, leading to headaches and dizziness. There is only one air conditioner in the apartment, and it doesn’t distribute heat well. Downstairs was freezing, while upstairs was unbearably hot, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, on the third day of our stay, the water was completely shut off due to renovations in a nearby apartment. We were not informed about this in advance and were left without water for over 24 hours (no showers, no toilets, no drinking water). Even after contacting the host, no alternative solution was provided, leaving us in an embarrassing and frustrating situation. The noise from neighboring apartments and the ongoing renovations was unbearable – we could hear every movement and conversation from the neighbors. The entrance to the apartment looked like a construction site, with stones, wood, and debris everywhere. The location is great. The bed was comfortable. The tips about nearby attractions were very helpful.

With cold weather, the apartment gets very damp and therefore smelled musty. There is not a lot good of ventilation. There was mold on the walls near the small and only window. The bathroom was impractical: the shower caused water to flood the floor, and the extractor fan didn’t work well. The electric heater in the bathroom barely functioned. And a coffee maker was missing.

Staff. Very unprofessional. They send me to wrong flat. Lady on the phone was trying to convince me that I book room and not the flat. When she checked, she realized she was wrong and apologized lamely. The next day, she asked me in the morning when I’m leaving next day. So rude… on the day of departure she send me a message before 7am. Crazy people. She mentioned that they will improve their procedures. Good luck with it! The sofa was dirty and did not work so we had to sit on small chair. Not good value for money. Overrated

At night, the noise made by other residents entering the building can be disturbing, as well as the noise caused by the crowded streets nearby
