The Ballroom - Huge Apartment in Lichfield City Centre

Great decor, large and very spacious and comfortable beds.

The high ceilings mean that the curtains in the bedrooms are difficult to open and close snd need to have poles/rods fitted.

This was a beautiful rental centrally located and with lots of thoughtful touches. Check in was very easy and Debbie was lovely. We were allowed to drop off bags ahead of time, which was a huge convenience. Comfortable beds and spaces. We didn’t want to leave!

A small issue but I’d have loved some toiletries other than the Lynx. We were traveling from abroad with little by way of our own toiletries. A little thought put into this would make the place absolutely perfect.

Location was perfect - windows on the street so we could watch the Lichfield world go about its business. A treat for us as we live in a very rural area. This meant, of course, a lot of street noise--which didn't bother us--but if you want silence, especially at night, this might not suit you. Loads of airy space attractively decorated, high ceilings, luxurious and extremely comfortable furniture. The hosts have obviously gone to a lot of trouble to make the space comfortable and attractive, and can rightly take pride in their offering.

Could have used a table or similar in the smaller bedroom -- a place to put 'things'. But such a minor point it's hardly worth mentioning, and certainly took nothing away from our experience.

It is above a restaurant, which I thought would be fine. However, it was being refurbished and they were working, loudly, until after 10:30pm. I think they then decided to have a party because the music was so loud we couldn’t sleep until very late. So disappointed.

This is a beautiful property in the centre of Lichfield. It was perfect for us. So many restaurants and coffee shops literally on the doorstep. It was also ideally placed only 3 miles from the wedding venue we were attending. The property is SO spacious 4 of us had plenty of space to get ready for a special day. It was perfect having 2 bathrooms. It’s a really beautifully laid out apartment the decor is amazing

Not really anything to say negative. Would just say it’s not good if you can’t manage stairs but this is a grade 2 listed building and the features reflect that fact.

The apartment was really spacious, clean, well equipped, beds were extremely comfy, location was very central and the added bonus of a parking space. The price was as pictures. Sam the host met us and was available should we have had any queries

Excellent central location, great communication from host. Plenty of food and drink options around the property. The accommodation was outstanding, real high quality and had everything we required for our three night stay.
