Comfort and coziness, many amenities in the apartment. I liked the location, easy to get to almost everywhere.

Very neat, tidy and quirky fun apartment. Aircon excellent as weather was warm.

Top of building - lots of stairs!

The Wi-Fi in the room wasn’t working and no one bothered to fix it. Also, the air conditioner couldn’t cool the bedroom properly, which made it too hot to sleep.

Liked very much: 1) Good Wifi connection 2) Kitchen well-equipped 3) Bathroom is nice 4) Bedroom is nice (even a small storage room for clothes) 5) Parking available in the courtyard 6) 15 min walk to city and lake 7) 7-10 min walk to a small grocery shop 8) Climate controller installed in the living room 9) Host was spontaneously close by to help with the check in

Note 1) Kitchen uses a gas stove, in case you want to make use of it 2) Accommodation is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, in case this is something important 3) Self check in Didn't like very much 1) Parking was for an additional charge, no known free parking close by 2) Accommodation is on the 3rd floor (roof) which gets very warm in summer 3) The key for the gate to the building is tricky to handle to open the gate

The apartment was cosy, well-equipped, warm, quiet, and conveniently located close to the city center and market. It has parking.

The bathtub faucet was somewhat broken, and the blinds on the bedroom window were damaged.

The apartment was very well equipped, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is very bright and decently clean. Very good location, near stores, restaurants, and Como Borghi train station. Two pillows for each person are available: a smaller and a bigger one.

The mattress is not that comfortable. It gave me a pain in my neck. The water from the shower is not strong. The valve to close the bath tap and transfer the water to the shower is not working properly. The light blocker from the bedroom's window is broken, so we had to wake up early every day because of the light. It is difficult to open the entrance gate using the key given. Maybe it is a bad key copy... No extra duvets or towels.

We struggled to unlock the big gate to park our rental. It seems the lock is not working properly. Also just a warning for older or mobility impaired people, the 3 flights of stairs are difficult to navigate with lots of luggage.

Beautiful apartments, I am 2 meters tall, I could quite comfortably stay in them, not counting the kitchen. The bed and linen are comfortable. I liked everything in this regard. We got to Monza by F1 in 40 minutes.

Terrible job of the service company. We were there for 5 days, there was no Internet all the days, they couldn't do anything, asking a lot of questions, but nothing changed. They work until 21:00, after that, if you can't cope with finding a club or a nest, no one will help you. Check-in instructions, if you are with a car - a whole quest. We spent about an hour. The video instruction is only confusing. Parking is in the courtyard of the house, the back door is in the same place as the entrance. No need to drive down the street, as in the video instructions. Going up to the 4th floor without an elevator with suitcases is hard. It was clean, but there was old dust on the upper shelves. I didn't like it very much.

Great location and great little spacious apartment. Very cute and it was very clean too!

The keys were a bit difficult to use for the gates outside but worked eventually.
