Spacious 2 bedroom 42sqm condo unit

The place is clean & the owner was nice enough to cater my questions.

The host was helpful and considerate for allowing 1 additional unplanned guest (without paying extra even after I offered), for answering questions with patience and for providing a hair blower (which, unfortunately, I did not get to use because of the brownout but it'sthe thought that counts); the interior and amenities feel premium; nicely-sized TV with Netflix which my dad enjoyed; good view; good location; fair price.

Crisis management. The power interruption disrupted a lot of things, including our sleep, our plan to enjoy homemade breakfast, and our schedule that day. It was unavoidable on the host side, really, but would have alleviated it if we were informed prior (to allow us ample preparations). Fan was also only provided when I asked for it (which was handed over a bit late in the morning when people are already drenched in sweat since I woke up late).There's an emergency outlet but only 1 socket, but I guess that's better than none. Secondly, I think our unit is around 30ish sqm compared to the 42sqm, which we originally booked (we are currently renovating our house, so I know how a room of that size feels like) We got a different room than what was originally booked because the latter was on maintenance, and according to the host, this room is more expensive (because of the amenities, I guess) so maybe this is why we were given a smaller room (not a big deal since we were given an extra futon but being told it was 42sqm and finding it isn't felt a bit uneasy--although to her benefit, the host may have not known as well). Even if amenities are better, we did not get to enjoy them because of the power interruption, so it feels a bit unfair. Pool is so-so and kid-sized, but apart from my nephew, we didn't care much for the pool. Still, this booking is a good deal, and we'd likely stay here again unless there's an expected power interruption in the area Room for improvement: - Good to have (they can charge extra for it): drinking water dispenser, automated washing machine - Should have: Exhaust fan on the toilet area, kitchen towels, electric fan (unless they install an AC unit in the living room area), building notice prior to scheduled power interruption

The unit was spacious enough to accommodate five people (2 per room and 1 on the sofa bed in the living room). Facilities were complete and it was very convenient to take home food from restaurants and just eat at the unit. The hosts were very accommodating as well.

We didn't like the odor of the chemical agent used for cleaning the bathroom. It was too strong and irritating especially for people with bronchial asthma. The wire of the electric heater was damaged.
