"Safe, sanitized, new, impressively decorated, equipped like a home."

It was an eady procesd.

Out check out time was very early. We followed the well written instructions but unfortunately, there was no guard on post to make to adk where the trash bin was. Overall, it wrnt well.

"Very Nice and Comfy"

The place is well equipped with amenities you would need when staying. Owner is very nice, answers to everything you have questions for. Place is very cozy, comfy and just the perfect place for a group of friends who wants to get together for a chill and relax atmosphere.

Parking... We have to pay to get a lot. and we were charge even we didn't use the spot overnight cos the guard just mistakenly log it.

Well equipped, fully furnished, well sanitized and warm welcoming host. Value for money. Perfect for families and group travels.

Very nicely laid out apartment with everything one needs. Loads of drinking water, very clean and nicely located next to the Boardwalk and a short walk across the bridge to shopping centers and more restaurants.

Operating the TV remotes was a little confusing. Maybe have a short manual for foreign visitors, explaining how to find channels easier.

Very clean and complete with the home comforts that you need. We will definitely stay again when we are in Iloilo. The host was very helpful and accommodating.. she helped us find another accommodation in the same building when we decided to stay another night but her place was not available. Thank you ☺️

Parking was so tight when it comes to spaces but not the fault of the owner / host.

The property itself was very homey, immaculate, and with all the amenities which you will not expect from other accommodation and the owner herself Mrs. Bagoyo was very gracious and even provided us with drinking water how thoughtful.

There's some glitch with the Internet connection but you can contact the owner but it must be the line itself coz at night the connection is slow or none at all.
