Good location and comfortable for 4 people, but unfortunately very dirty. And it was warm (air conditioning is working okay)

Very late check in and very early check out and on top of that they were late 45 minutes for check in which was not convenient for us, as it was winter and very cold. The apartment is poor equipped without some basic things such as hand soap and dish soap. Very dirty interior with a lot of hair in beddings, ashtray on the window with bunch of cigarette butts, looks like nobody cleaned apartment before us. Fridge is not working properly, so if you are planning longer trip, have in mind that it collects ice. And parking wasn’t EASY as it says in accommodation name.

La struttura è molto carina, pulita e in un contesto residenziale molto tranquillo e ben collegato con il centro città (che si può comunque facilmente raggiungere anche a piedi con una piacevole camminata di circa 40 minuti). Il personale poi super gentile e disponibile

Unica pecca, viene segnalata la presenza di due bagni, ma in realtà un bagno ha solo il gabinetto e un lavandino, e l'altro bagno ha solo la doccia e un altro lavandino, quindi in realtà è come avere un solo bagno...

Great location for the conference we were at, and for the tram to get into the centre. Great shower, well-equipped kitchen. Effective heating. The hosts accommodated our request to arrive early to deposit our luggage. Polite customer service. Good list of restaurant and sightseeing recommendations provided.

No cloths provided for washing up, wiping down worktops or drying dishes. The key fob for entering the building and using the lift was missing when we arrived and we were stuck in the apartment for almost 3 hours waiting for a replacement to be brought. This was not the host's fault, but we would have preferred to be told it would take that long and given the option to go out and return later.
