Pretty big, good kitchen, big bathroom and easy access to city Center by tramway. Very good neighbourhood, pretty quiet. Good for a family

No facilities at all. It was empty I need to buy everything from sugar to washing powder. If you’re planning to stay there more than 3 days - not worth it.

The apartment was clean, equiped and modern. Located in a really nice posh are with a nice coffee shop near by. The host was helpful with the check-in details and even arranged transportation for us from the airport, which was great!

The size of the apartment is generous and the terrace is definitely a plus, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all you need for 4 persons. The property is located a new building with security intercall and new apartments, but there are ongoing renovations and constructions around the area which is not making the zone very quite and relaxing. The air conditioning is working properly to maintain the air cool during hot summer days + extra roll-up blinds at the windows to keep the temperature reasonable. There is a big wardrobe on the entrance and hangers to keep your clothes in. Fair price for what it offers, except the cleaning part.

This is definitely not a 4* location as it is promoted. There were no toiletries provided, only some old towels, rather beigedl than white, from being so used. The cleaning is a big minus. There was dust everywhere on the floor, on the bed side tables, the sink was not cleaned and not even the mirror. I can bet there was no cleaning done before checking in. The fridge was not closing as it was full of ice everywhere so we needed to break the ice ourselves and clean the dust, as the host was not replying on the indicated number on Whatsapp. The walls are dirty, they need to be renovated and freshed with new painting, the sink in the big bathroom was clogged. There was a strong smell of cigarettes at our arrival sign that the windows were not open to refresh the air during the "cleaning". The bed in the living room has something broken underneath, as it is crooked on one side. The pillows cases were having stains and the bed was not even done, just a bedsheet thrown over the bed as you can see in the pictures. The host is not very communicative and they offered to support to clean again the next day, after we have already done all the cleaning. Overall, I wouldn't come back here.
