The only thing that let it down was parking. But the millpool carpark is reasonable for a week

Bed mattress in the main room was way too soft and we couldn’t sleep on it at all. It needs to be changed. Windows could do with double/triple glazing to reduce the street noise which was considerable.

USThe entrance to the building is in very poor condition, with holes in the walls and a musty/moldy smell. The apartment itself was in much better condition. However, the bathrooms had loose toilet seats, one toilet was stained inside, and the shower had dark mold around it. Therefore, we only used one bathroom. The host was polite and the apartment was tidy, but we feel the price was way too high given the overall quality of the apartment.

Expensive car parking. Entrance to flats grubby and stairs to actual flat very narrow and difficult to negotiate unsuitable for aged or infirm. Front bedroom very noisy at night up to 2 or three in morning. Noise and faeces from seagulls constant.
NZLocation was great and accommodation was generally very well equipped.
Matress on main bed was so uncomfortable. Too soft and gave me a bad back that I had to sleep on the floor. I can't be too critical as my wife found the mattress just about ok. Time for a new mattress though!
GBThe property was as central as you could get, with really lovely views of Looe Harbour. I thought the layout of the flat itself was great. There was an en suite toilet and shower room in the second bedroom which was a really great feature, as well as the main bathroom. Very handy when you have two teenagers!

The building,front door,stairwell ,filthy windows,one shower hose needed replacing as it was broken. Given wrong door code on arrival. Car parking was expensive and we were a 10 minute walk from the beach.
