GBMust be one of the best locations in Looe. There was A small issue on the morning of our check in but with one phone call to a real person sorted it out (thanks Lisa)
IEIt was in a great central location. It was nice and warm, with comfortable couches and beds. Plenty of hot water. Kitchen was well equipped. Front rooms were lovely and bright. Good communication from staff.
The entrance unfortunately really lets the property down as first impressions are not good. Doors leading into the building and the apartment aren’t good and didn’t feel entirely secure. There was a bit of a musty smell in the apartment, especially in the back rooms and hall. Bathrooms are quite old fashioned. The apartment could do with a mirror near a plug socket to dry hair.

It was noisy, and good windows to the front could rectify that issue. We had issue, that were addressed on arrival. The digital front door lock does not work, and reading previous reviews this has been an ongoing problem that has not been rectified. The walk in shower constantly drips, and consequently has a fair bit of black mould. Overall the apartment was adequate, with a great location
GBWhen you first arrive the outside of the building is a little run down, but don’t let that fool you- the apartment itself is fantastic, good size, lots of space, warm, well-decorated, and full of anything a family could need for a longer stay. Located in the perfect spot to watch the towns lights come on at night, with all the beautiful sights and sounds of the harbour. It’s only a few minutes walk to the sea, to loads of great pubs, shops, and restaurants, and plenty more to do and see besides. The owner was communicative and helpful. The only tip is that if you’re using the digital lock on the apartment, you have to press three fingers on it to get it to wake up- we were baffled until we worked that out. Great value, great experience, would recommend and would certainly use again.
GBThe code didn’t work to get into the flat so at to leave it unlocked all weekend,there was a outer door to lock and luckily there wasn’t any staying in the building,
