This hotel seems pretty bad (even shady) for multiple reasons. First, when I booked, the listing clearly stated “free breakfast included” as part of the policy, and I paid extra for that policy. When I arrived, the staff bluntly told me they don’t even have a kitchen for breakfast service. That is blatant false advertising - clearly done to attract more bookings. Second, the staff were extremely rude. Instead of politely explaining or offering any apology, they behaved in a hostile and dismissive way. Third, the rooms were in a very poor condition — dirty, poorly maintained, and when I pointed this out, staff did nothing to address it. Their rudeness only made the experience worse. It was only a one-night stay, but I couldn’t wait to leave. This property feels like a scam, and I strongly urge Booking.com to investigate this listing. Definitely would not recommend.
