They were really great for accommodating such a large group! The staff were super friendly and helpful! Great location in San Juan. Added plus: there was a 24 hour convenience store across the street.

The WiFi wasn't very stable, but that's also because there were 22 of us trying to connect. Definitely needs infrastructure improvement.

Close to the beach and restaurants.

It would've been better if we had warm water, a toilet seat and a vegetarian/ healthier breakfast option.

I had a great stay at this property, which is perfectly situated in the center of San Juan. Check-in Tip: The reception is located across the street from the restaurant and 'Allen One' store, right by the smaller convenience shop. The local staff were very welcoming. Please note there is a ₱1,000 security deposit required upon arrival. Since I arrived early, the staff kindly let me store my luggage at reception so I could start exploring immediately. They also facilitated a 3rd-party scooter rental for me; I opted for a Honda Beat 110cc, which was delivered within an hour and was perfect for touring the island. Even though I checked in late after a day of sightseeing, everything was ready. The room was clean with fresh linens and toiletries provided. My room was located above the restaurant, offering a great view of the sunset and easy access to breakfast. Having the 'Allen One' convenience store right downstairs was incredibly handy!

Just a heads-up for my fellow early-risers: the central location means you’re right in the middle of the San Juan nightlife. Between the local parties and the sound of the restaurant kitchen downstairs, it wasn't the quietest stay. The AC also hums quite loudly. It’s a great spot if you're out late, but if you need a deep sleep before a long day of exploring, be prepared for some ambient noise. Also, take note that there’s no fridge in the room!

Guesthouse location was good. The restaurant was nicely situated on the beachfront with great views. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No hot water. Wifi was terrible in the rooms, but good across the street at the restaurant. Chickens and dogs were noisy 24/7. No space for luggage in room.
