"My stay was comfortable appartment lovley shame about the no window outlook."

7.0

The property was good value for money, was lovley and clean .Shower electric so instant hot water. Towels and plent of toilet rolls provided.

I did not like that the apartment was in the basement with know outlook and the utensil drawer really did need more basic cooking utensils.

Absolutely fantastic location. Great to have kitchen and facilities.

The flat is opposite a pub that was particularly noisy the weekend i was there. However given it is a central location. To be expected on a weekend. The one thing that left me frustrated was the shower. It was either freezing cold or so hot it was scolding. This does need addressing as I was unable to get ready for my day how I would like. Eg taking a shower.

"Don't waste your money go to another hotel"

Unable to gain access to the property, after watching a show at the Hippodrome,, the key pad access was not working properly, so we had to go to another hotel for the night at a big cost to ourselves

The apartment was clean and the location was good

They charge a very high fee because I only stayed one day and they charged me an extra deposit. However, it was returned the next day. I think this leaves guests wanting to stay longer. They should charge an affordable price, even though the apartment is very comfortable 😀

"A passable accommodation at a great location but with several flaws and issues."

5.0

Good to have fridge, freezer, hob, dishwasher as well as a lot of different cutlery Very central, all sights and places of interest easily reachable by foot Tesco Express almost around the corner A big flatscreen TV Easy to heat

Not very easy to find; if you enter the address in Google maps you end up at a neighbouring building with a black door which says “flats 1-6”, that is very confusing and it took me a long while to find the actual door Unfortunately no oil oder pepper and salt in the kitchen. There are also no normal pots and no pot lids which made even a simple thing like cooking pasta a challenge. Sink in the bathroom is really small -> you make everything wet around you when using it Light conditions are bad: There is barely any light in the kitchen; you can only put all the lights in the flat on or off at once but there is no variation in the lights or smaller lamps if you want it less bright There is no hand soap provided! The shower towel is very small. The shower is really strange and not pleasant to use: You need to push a button to turn it on and off, there is not that much water coming out and, worst of all, every time you put it off and then on again it first gets really hot (I burned myself) and then freezing cold and it takes almost a minute to finally get to your temperature from before It’s a 25 minute walk to Bristol Temple Meads Station Position of the flat and the window is very inconvenient: It’s only a little over the street level so that first of all I had to close the curtains otherwise people from the other side of the street could have looked right into the room. And second I didn’t dare to open the window especially not at night, fearing that people might climb in or throw things in my room, which would theoretically be possible. Also the position towards the street with a pub on the other side brought more problems: There was loud talking till late in the night and, even worse, bright light entered the room the whole night, even with the curtains closed (I ended up sleeping with a hat over my eyes cause it was simply to bright in the room) There is supposed to be a “zero-noise-policy” in the house with a penalty of 100£.
