Nice clean room

Given wrong number to get in and finally got in at 4am.... Too many numbers with fron door 2nd door and mailbox to get key... Luckily a student that lived there helped us get in and gave us the right code to get through the front door... Nobody contacted me up to now.

lovely property in a great location, very close to shops and restaurants.

the only thing that bothered me is that there is no opening windows in the room we stayed in and it got quite hot so a fan would have been useful but other than that everything was great.

The location was perfect and the communication was great!

There wasn't a bin in the room, so any rubbish had to be left on the side There were bits of food in the fridge and freezer left over from previous guests. One bar of soap as amenities

The apartment was really clean, clean sheets and towel. Toilet was spotless. It was really a good value for my money. Then it was a stone throw from my event center.

The customer service was unprofessional, rude and lack empathy in dealing with customers. It wasn't stated on booking.com that I can only check in at 3pm and I arrived at 12.30pm which was d time I stated I will arrive. Staff named Sophia was so rude and show no empathy while handling d issue. Access code were not sent to me, customer service was called again she (Sophia) was really rude, then send it via sms to my phone.

Clean, comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay

I couldn't access the property as the code input was unclear and I had to wait for someone to let me in. It took an hour at least to realise how to input the code correctly.

Really central location but basement apartment meant it was very quiet and private. Shower was hot and powerful. Everything was very clean. Kitchen well appointed, could easily cook simple meals if you were staying for longer.

Bin emptying outside my door was very noisy at 8am and managed to drop something unpleasant. No bedside lamp so had to get up to put lights out at night. Very little natural light able to get in.

Location was good

Waited outside for 30 minutes to gain entry with instructions piecemeal Basement stinks next to bin shed No hot water in kitchen or bathroom basin
