The air conditioner did not cool the place. It was broken. The property manager only gave us a partial refund.

The apartment was clean and cute.

The back stairs were decaying, and the bathroom sink was stopped up.

The hallway outside was filthy. The apartment was clean apart from a lot of dead flies !

The area was run down and the apartment building was shabby.

Place was close to downtown. We loved the propane fire pit. Made some new friends.

Some items we needed were short. After contacting Brent. Darryle and his staff were quick to respond.

The apartment was great beds were comfortable.

Location wasn't the greatest, and the property needed a lot of maintenance. It was a beautiful day, so I tried to open the windows for some fresh air. Most fell back down when opened or wouldn't close easily. The apartment could have been cleaned a lot better. My feet were black after just a few .minutes of walking around barefoot after a shower, and there were no cleaning supplies to clean up after myself before I left no extra trash bags. The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain. Overall was a good experience just a little disappointed in a few areas.
