Prime 2BR Gem, Near Convention Hub!

Came in for a quick meeting before taking the family up north so needed a quick stay. Was quiet clean and the guy we spoke to was nice. Older building but renovation was well done. Family was happy.

The convenience of how close the property was to the convention center,

The pictures of the apartment didnt match the room we stayed in. Also I had to unclog the bathtub, it filled up when the shower ran, I pulled out wads of hair also the bathroom sink was clogged as well but I couldn’t fix it, the safety of the area around was a little sketchy u was followed by a car from the Dollar general across the street and tried to get me to approach the car as they followed me to the apartment complex I suggest people travel in pairs and women not go outside alone

It felt welcoming and helped my daughter with her comfort

I was actually surprised by my stay. We normally do Airbnb so I was not expecting much as we were just needing a place to stay for 1 night and booked last minute. We got a call from the manager and he was very pleasant and explained how to access the apartment and took our payment. When we pulled into the parking lot (you will need to drive through the alley which is a little bumpy to access the parking lot) we had direct access to our unit. The courtyard is lit up and was cute even with the snow stopping us from enjoying the firepit. The unit matched the photos and was cozy for our short stay. The highlight would be the customer service and the beds.

The street noise can be a bit annoying at night so if you are a light sleeper I suggest you sleep in the second room located next to the courtyard. Its pretty quiet and the bed is smaller but very comfortable. The building is a little older but well kept.

The check in call with the host was very friendly. The beds were better than most hotels we have stayed.

Too noisy. Couldn’t sleep.

The attitude and couldn’t sleep. And no heater in one of the bedrooms.

I didn’t get in early. And when I did try to get in, I couldn’t even get in so didn’t even stay there never use the facility.
