Penthouse Duplex in a 4 floors spanish house -8 min to center by Metro

A nice short confortable stay, good coffee in the morning, good sleep, good hot water, good wifi, short 5 min. walk to Turia Garden.

Very clean and spacious. Not too far a walk from nearest metro station.

Water was cold when someone else was showering which was a slight inconvenience.

Lovely property with a lift and many bathrooms. The host is extremely responsive and addressed immediately all our queries.

The kitchen could be better equipped.

It is so spacious. Rooms are very big and beautifully decorated with one en-suite and 2 other full bathrooms for the other guests.

Everything was perfect

Great location, parking on site, spotlessly clean and owner always on hand for any questions. He even listened when we complained about the noise and has now fitted double glazing throughout the property!

Noise from the road may inconvenience light sleepers. UPDATE: The owner has now fitted double glazing thoughout the property and the noise levels are very much improved.

Property and host are just outstanding. We found warm welcome with wine and fruits upon arrival, super clean and comfortable furniture to make our stay pleasant and recharging. Besides the nice interior, there is a cozy balcony to have the morning coffee or aperitif there. Some evenings, instead of going out we just preferred to stay in the nice living room chatting over a glass of wine, cheese and jamon. When back to the airport late in the evening, we understood that our flight was canceled, and we were extremely grateful that our host agreed that we come back to spend another night there thus saving us from sleeping at the airport.

Landlord, Paul wait us with fruit basket and wine. I like it in small house have elevator. Terrace was very good to eat and drink end of the day.

The kitchen could be better equipped. It's okay, I didn't want to wash it, but I also needed a few things for the barbecue. We regret that there was no grill option in the description

The apartment is very big. There was enough space for 8 people. I loved how the unit is split in two floors. Everything looked recently renovated. The private garage was wonderful.

The hot water was not as consistent as I would have liked.

A great space for my family, clean, comfortable and within easy reach of Mislata's local restaurants, shops and Metro. The Metro offering a clean and efficient service into the city centre and beach.

Hadn't considered traffic noise, even with windows closed at night - a few nights in and we started to not notice it.
