"Nice and clean appartment suitable for family or small group of friends."

The host had no problem with anything we asked for. Location was fine for Metro users. House is refurbished and everything was like new.

Elevator was on and off but was fixed finally.

we had very nice reception from Mr. Paul who is in chatting of the place, he helped us in getting what we need like the transportation and restaurants . Also the house was clean and tidy, everything a family may need was available.

This is a wonderful place, very friendly host with all kindness and warm in the world. We got everything we needed, all our stay was really comfortable, with metro stop nearby we manage to move around Valencia with ease.

"Panoramic view, BBQ on the terace"

- big terace with BBQ-thats the made us very happy - peaceful area - wonderful view - very clean - very helpful staff

- not in the center, but next the Subway Stop and we went directly to the beach and center by Metro

Was actually impressive, didn't have many expectations but we really enjoyed our stayed. Clean, cosy and the subway made us fell in reach of all our destinations. Will recommend and will defo be back.

"Exceptional"

It was a wonderful stay. Everything perfect, clean, nice bathroom, very comfortable beds, quiet area, very close to Biopark, a pleasant 10 minute walk. The location is 5 min. from the metro station and there are only 4 stops to the center, you can be in the center in 10 minutes. You can also reach the beach directly by metro.
