Appartement Neuf avec Rooftop 69 M2 - STAYINSEVILLE

La ubicación, precioso el lugar, cómodas las camas, los baños y el lugar en general, no tiene ascensor pero nos atendió la encargada Dennys realmente amable y con ganas de solucionar y nos ayudó con las maletas y el recibimiento. Así que super.

Todo me gustó.

Lo staff è veramente gentile e la signora Natalie è stat gentilissima ad aiutarmi a risolvere un problema con le chiavi. La struttura si trova vicino al centro ed è una zona sicura. L’appartamento non è grandissimo ma pulito e con tutto l’occorrente.

Avrei gradito maggior pulizia del pavimento che invece era un po’ sporco.

Es grande, cómodo y limpio. La terraza es espectacular. Está en una zona muy tranquila, por lo que no hay casi ruido. Además, había mucha vajilla y todos los productos básicos en la cocina. La comunicación con los propietarios es excelente en todo momento.

Está un poco lejos de las zonas más importantes o de la estación.

Laureen is amazing host: communication before our arrival, management of transport from /to airport, tipcs about lockers, falemnco and many other. The flat i slocated 15 min walk from monuments, Setas, close to supermarkets. Calm area of Sevilla which helped us spend one week fully immersed in Andalousian climat.

We really liked the place. It is a very nice apartment, clean, quiet and has a wonderful terrace. Laureen is super friendly and helpful. The checkin/checkout was also easy and quick. Any time again!

The location is good, walking distance to all the main sights. The rooftop is amazing- with a nice view and places to sit - great to relax after a day of sightseeing. The flat is new and clean, kitchen well equipped. The flat is located on the second floor with no elevator - keep that in mind when travelling with kids/elderly.

The check in process is an absolute pain - I was being asked about the check in time 3 weeks before my arrival - and it’s not something I could have provided with such a notice. I was being asked about it multiple times - which was adding to the stress of my group :) You actually have to wait for a person to arrive and open the apartment for you - which they have many - we arrived in Sevilla at 4 30 pm, but couldn’t check in until 6 or so (the available “slot” was at 5 30, but the owner was late). Invest in the self check in, or get more staff to deal with the apartments you rent - as a guest I would really expect to be able to check in at the time convenient for me, not for the host. The internet connection is not great.

Very nice location and apartment with a wonderful big terrace with a nice view.
