"nice apartment but terrible service."

good location. nice apartment.
We had to wait over 2 hours in 93 degree heat to get checked in. it was way past the check in time. she was not apologetic and tried to blame it on us. wasted a half of day because of it. the key would barely open the doors. had to jiggle it to try and get it open.
