Getting out of this property.

It was perhaps the worst stay of my life. Right from an exceptionally rude front desk person to pathetic rooms, with pan spit stains, not working room handles, to non availability of hot water. The entire service reeked of unprofessionalism and tardiness. You get stained sheets and smelling blankets. The towel that I brought from my home was so much more hygienic than what I had from them. My recommendation: Stay out of it

No F& B due to Diwali.... which hotel ( so called chain in NCR does that for 5 days.) I am appalled

I liked nothing. Simply waste of money

The room was smelly as hell.. I complained about it and got a room freshner in return.. seriously?? There was ciggerate butts in bathroom. Why it was not cleaned? I have to go downstairs to ask for a towel at 3AM, no towel in the room. No glasses, no water, TV was not in working condition.. there were cables but no set top box. And if you are providing a TV in a room, why there's no remote in the ROOM.
