I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues. Cleanliness: I was surprised to find a rat moving around in my room, which is unacceptable for any accommodation. Additionally, the balcony was very dirty, and the ceiling fan appeared to be neglected. Maintenance Issues: The washroom door handle was not functioning properly, and the room lock was challenging to use. This caused a significant inconvenience during my stay. AC Remote Location: I found it odd that the AC remote was installed in the washroom. This meant that to adjust the temperature or turn off the AC, I had to go to the washroom, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, the hospitality provided did not meet my expectations. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it could help improve future guest experiences. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
