The location is absolutely perfect and we loved the balcony.

Best location, close to the lake and plenty of restaurants. Easy check in. Plenty of beds, accomodating a big family. All you need in a kitchen.

The noise coming from a nearby party on Saturday night which did not let us sleep. Also, the apartment feels the need of a renovation.

Perfect , everything well organized and tidy . We had everything we needed. Highly recommend

“Spacious Apartment in a Good Location, but Needs Improvement” The apartment is in a great location, just a 5-10 minute walk to Lake Como and situated in a car-restricted area, which makes it peaceful. Parking is available about 5 minutes away, and the apartment has a lovely terrace to relax on. The space itself is wide and clean, providing plenty of room for a group.

However, the apartment is in serious need of renovation. The bedding and towels were very old and worn out, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was no extra bedding provided — although we booked for 5 people, bedding was only prepared for 4, and we couldn’t find any extras. While the location and space are great, these issues with maintenance and amenities need to be addressed to make the stay more comfortable.

We booked this apartment especially that it had 2 bathrooms. However the toilet in one of the bathroom was broken. And it was clear that not from night before. It was broken for a long time! One more thing we did not know that in order to take a shower you need to switch on the boiler, so we had shower with cold water. Not everybody has a boiler in the bathroom at home. Do please let the clients know about this.
