It's very central

it was dirty, when we arrived we found a bush of hair and left over shampoos from the guests before in the shower, dirty storage compartements, electric cables hanging in the kitchen, a room with no air condition (34 Celsius in the night with no window), both bathrooms had such a worse smell that it was a mission to use it, small showers, toiletpaper has to be thrown in the garabgecan, balcony full of birds poo ,completely unprofessional condition overall! Had a stay in bellagio the days before for less and it was cleaner and more comfortable. the cheapest parking in como is valduce which costed us around 70€ for 2days and nights. the free parking that we got after we asked was a real struggle to come in (driving through passenger zone and smallest entrance i've ever seen. When we told the owner about the poor cleaning his only solution was to ask the cleaner if they cleaned it and telling us that all guests before were happy... overall its completely overpriced and absolutely not recommended, tge only good thing is the central location. pictures only show the best angles of the appartement, all the beds beside the queensize beds in the rooms are like concrete, more than one night will definitely bring backpain. I'm a very tolerant person but it was horrible, overpriced, and dirty. We'll never go there again.

Location was great in the heart of Como city center. Loved the terrace and the amount of space we had for our family of five. Netflix on the tv was an added plus and the host was accommodating letting us check in a bit early after landing from our flight.

The claim of a noise dosimeter that would charge you $250 if you got too loud. I understand you need to be respectful of noise, but the unknown of how loud that was, was a bit nerve racking especially when you have kids with you.

Cold rooms, heating not working/no instructions for heating. There were extensive instructions about not to be loud (decibelometer will charge you automatically 250€ if louder than "common sense", whatever that means) or how to separate your garbage but no instructions about heating. We realized that there was no heating when we returned home late at night and of course would not contact the owner at that time. Only a/c was working. At least that. Two small bathrooms with not well insulated windows. Supposedly the place can accommodate 9 adults, we were 6, two of us had to sleep on a very uncomfortable sofa bed.

Accessible to everything. It’s in the heart of the city. 5 minutes walking distance from the lake.

We came night and it’s hard to find parking But we found one.
