Riad 27 is not a hotel, it is a private Riad, all the equipment provided belongs to Riad 27 and must not leave the Riad. Any damage requiring replacement or repair will be charged to you. Riad 27 is located at the bottom of a family Derb and we ask you to be respectful of the neighborhood and not to make noise after 11 p.m. and to respect the courtyards. and local customs. If the nuisance rules are not respected we will shorten your stay. For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) it will be necessary to present the marriage certificate (obligatory). Illicit substances are strictly prohibited within Riad 27. Sex tourism is strictly prohibited under penalty of immediate expulsion and legal proceedings. Access to the SPA is reserved for ordered treatments. Access to the laundry room is reserved for staff, however you have the possibility of having laundry washed at a cost of 50dh per machine, the housekeeper will take care of it. It is forbidden to arrive at the Riad with your food in your luggageThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Un precioso Riad"

El Riad es precioso y está cuidado hasta el último detalle, la decoración, las habitaciones amplias y bonitas con aseos cada una y camas muy cómodas, sitio para reunirse, sala para masajes...

Nos hubiera gustado más variedad en los desayunos, más fruta o verduras, tomate, o aguacate, que fuera más saludable, por lo demás encantadas

"Magnifique riad, à 2 pas des souks, dans une rue calme avec un personnel très agréable"

Le riad 27 est très joliment décoré et agencé, sobre mais avec goût. Les 5 chambres sont toutes aussi agréables et confortables. Le patio avec sa piscine (petite et fraiche mais agréable après une chaude journée) jouit d'une belle fraicheur, alors que la grande terrasse en rooftop permet de profiter du soleil et de la chaleur dès le petit déjeuner. La localisation est excellente, dans une ruelle sans passage et donc calme, tout en étant à 5 minutes à pied des rues commerçantes. Caroline et les employées sont à l'écoute et agréables et prépare un bon petit déjeuner ainsi que le diner sur demande. Bref rien à dire, allez-y vous allez vous y plaire.

Such a cosy and stylish place in the medina. It’s the perfect oasis to hang out after shopping, sightseeing or an outdoors trip. Enjoy a private dinner in the rooftop terrace or start your day with Hammam and a scrub. Only lovely and supportive people around you🙏❤️

"An excellent few days in an atmosphere and culture in juxtaposition to our own, and as such a reset."

We were treated exceptionally well. All the food we were given was to a very high standard. The staff in the Riad were very kind and helpful. Ahmed went out of his way to make sure we found where we were going and that we met up with our guide/excursion driver or whoever ,wherever we were meeting them.

The water to the shower in our room was a bit hit and miss. But, I guess that's what you get in the middle of the Medina. No big deal, just a minor moan.
