Riad 27 is not a hotel, it is a private Riad, all the equipment provided belongs to Riad 27 and must not leave the Riad. Any damage requiring replacement or repair will be charged to you. Riad 27 is located at the bottom of a family Derb and we ask you to be respectful of the neighborhood and not to make noise after 11 p.m. and to respect the courtyards. and local customs. If the nuisance rules are not respected we will shorten your stay. For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) it will be necessary to present the marriage certificate (obligatory). Illicit substances are strictly prohibited within Riad 27. Sex tourism is strictly prohibited under penalty of immediate expulsion and legal proceedings. Access to the SPA is reserved for ordered treatments. Access to the laundry room is reserved for staff, however you have the possibility of having laundry washed at a cost of 50dh per machine, the housekeeper will take care of it. It is forbidden to arrive at the Riad with your food in your luggageThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Situation idéale ( 7 minute de la Place Jemaa el fna) pur ce riad décoré avec gout . les chambres sont confortables . Literie très bonne . Le personnel très réactif et très sympa . merci a Caroline pour l organisation de notre séjour : transfert, montgolfière, buggy, journée désert et bien sur les repas . Cuisine excellente

The Riad is absolutely beautiful and even the smallest details are perfectly thought of. Coming back from the bustling Medina to this oasis of style and taste was a pleasure each time, as were the very nice and discreet staff.

What a beautiful home. A perfect accommodation option for a big group, steps away from the chaos of the souks is this idyllic oasis. Beautiful big rooms, a gorgeous terrace and wonderful staff. Comfortable beds, great breakfast and beautiful styling makes this riad a must stay

Fantastic! This place is in the heart of Old Medina, a treasure to stay at. Firstly we were happily greeted by the Owner Caroline who made sure we were happy and catered for our group. Breakfast was served every morning which was amazingly delicious. A massive thank you to the staff members especially Abdul and Ghizlane for being so considerate and patient with all of us! 🙏
