地理位置十分优越，旁边是Hagley College，过一条马路就是Hagley Park South，3分钟步行至雅芳河，5分钟步行至植物园，15分钟步行至Riverside Market。 屋里的设施很新，厨房用品很齐备，晚上很安静。店家非常友善，给予我们延迟退房的协助。

"We enjoyed a lot very nice place to stay"

It’s very well located you can do anything walking since we are very near of CBD Park space is in the street and little dificulte to have one but since we opted for walk during our stay we parked the car and leave there in the same space for 3 days.

The clean cold be a little better has dirty dishes on the dish washer and one of the pillow cover has a mark on that.
