Extra Abstellplatz für unsere E-Bikes. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse besonders gut. Besitzer sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit.

Nicht so nah am Meer, wie erwartet.

A truly beautiful villa close to Monopoli... Very tastefully decorated, modern, clean and welcoming. Rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms and private terrace. A joy to walk the grounds and the pool was lovely too. We received a very warm welcome and send off. Grazie Mauro + Angela 🙏

The breakfast room was chilly but we were dressed for a sunny day!

Villa très belle dans un cadre magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et l'appartement de l'étage avec la terrasse a une vue incroyable. Le jardins est immense avec piscine, tennis et plein de petits coins pour se reposer ou flâner. Très proche de Monopoli. L'accueil a été super malgré une arrivée tardive. Le petit déjeuner très complet avec salé et sucré fait maison. N'hésitez pas à réserver

A beautiful place with a wonderful atmosphere. The villa is located among olive trees, with a beautifully situated swimming pool where you can relax. Delicious breakfasts. And of course, the amazing host Mauro – helpful, kind, and always smiling. An unforgettable experience, highly recommended to anyone who wants to feel the unique charm and hospitality of Italy.

The only downside of the entire trip was Angela. She doesn’t fit in with the rest of the property at all. She creates a tense atmosphere, gives accusatory looks, and yells at guests in Italian. A place like this requires a heart for people.
