VILLA AL MARE sea, relax & wellness

We loved our stay here. Mauro, manager of the property, was an excellent communicator and was there to greet us each day with a smile. He was great with our kids and had some excellent recommendations in Monopoli. The property was stunning, including the grounds and the pool area. The suite on the rooftop was huge - the photos really don't do it justice! My favourite part was certainly the breakfasts, blending some usual continental items with more Puglese touch.

Villa is perfectly located and is an absolute oasis in Monopoli. The property is fantastic and so quiet and peaceful. Mauro was so hospitable and helpful. My only complain was that we were staying for too short a time :)

A beautiful landscaped villa , olive trees and sparkling serene swimming pool. Everything new and clean looking. Large comfortable room with good size bathroom. Lovely outdoor space. Good breakfast. Meet and greet service by Mauro , who also gave as lots of info. The location of villa perfect for beaches and Manopoli.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, Mauro hat uns sehr gut empfangen, und auch die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten den Pool fast immer für uns alleine. Zu Fuss kann man in 10 Minuten am Strand sein, wo man wunderschöne Buchten geniessen kann. Das Frühstück wird von Herzen serviert, ist ausreichend, aber vielleicht nicht komplett genug.(Brot)

Little hard to find and tennis courts need some attention

The villa is close to beaches and Monopoli town The outdoor of the villa - pool, garden, yard are relaxing and beautiful.

The noise. You can hear every time someone is talking a little bit loudy from the othe rooms and you can deffinetly hear every movement of furniture from the other rooms. The breakfast is served just next to all rooms, in a kind of lobby and from 7:30am to 10:00am you cannot sleep at all. If you are an early bird this will work for you, but if you want to sleep after 7:30-8am it is not possible. The noise from the outside during the night is also loud. There are beach bars which play music until 2-3am. If you close window it’s ok, but you cannot sleep with open windor or terrace door because it is too noise from the outside. The villa overall is good but not convinient for every kind of tourist. For us it wasn’t what we expected because we intended to catch up with sleep and quiteness.
