Lovely place and very unique.

very nice cottage with good facilities and lots of space.

Although parking was very near by the road was busy.

Extremely comfortable and well equipped. Nice outside space. Excellent centre for exploring the southern lake district as well as Cartmel, Grange and Arnside.

Absolutely stunning property with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday 😀

Too close to road, noisy, no close parking, bed very uncomfortable,

Lovely, well appointed cottage - loved the log burners and the outdoor space was great for our little dog and would be lovely when the weather is warmer.

No parking at the property is a downside but you can park in a lay-by down the road.

The AGA was lovey at this time of the year making it always warm and welcoming and fun to cook on. Two social areas, safety lighting on the stairs light and airy upstairs, good storage and well maintained, friendly host.

The twin bedroom not having direct access to a bathroom, was a very slight inconvenience for the adult occupant having to come down flights of stairs if needing the toilet in the night. however this would mot be an issue for a family with young children who were happy to nip through parents room.
