Winnie Cottage - Hot Tub, Games Room, Sauna, Large Garden

Reasonable price. Lots of things to do in the cottage - books, Lego in addition to sauna, jacuzzi, trampoline, swing, fire pit, darts, pin pong. You’ll never get bored here! Great food welcome pack from M&S food, we all really enjoyed cakes, popcorn, sweets, chips etc. property well maintained. Warm floors all around. Impressive outdoor kitchen and barbecue area. We had a very relaxing stay!!!

Some minor comments… two towels per person don’t seem enough if you use sauna/jacuzzi. We took our own extra towels and bathrobes so weren’t disappointed. No paper towels/bin bags/foil/food film in the kitchen. Very intriguing automated lighting system inside the cottage - switching on and off whenever it feels like it… too many soft toys in one of the bedrooms - the 10 y.o. child of my friends refused to sleep there because they seemed scary to her. The neighbours are just around the wall so you need to behave quietly at night if you spend time outdoors. The kitchen is in the basement and you need to use steep stairs to reach it.

Love the welcome package / property is done a really high standard full of technology and gadgets. It even has a water bed!

We loved the facilities this property had to offer. There is plenty to do for all ages. My grandchildren loved playing together on the trampoline, slides, and being outside. The adults loved chill out time in the hot tub and giant chess. I would highly recommend this property. It has the most amazing view over the northumberland countryside. Communication was easy with the hosts. Perfect

Everything you need for a perfect vacation

Great cottage well equipped and the facilities were perfect. All super clean. Had a fabulous break here.

The list of potential fines for damage to the property was provided after final payment, i.e. once cancellation not possible. It would be good to have this provided at the time of booking to be upfront.

This place is a hidden gem 💎 Winnie Cottage was the most perfect place for our trip for my sons 13th birthday. There is literally everything you could possibly want. Everything at the cottage was to a high standard. Even the kitchen was equipped with everything you would possibly need. My boys loved the welcome hamper it was a beautiful touch. Mark was so helpful in making suggestions on where to hide my sons bike for his birthday present. Nothing was a problem when I called before the weekend, and during our stay. The bedding and the towels smelt beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable. Having two boys with us, they were entertained playing pool in the games room. The hot tub was amazing and very well looked after. Sitting out in the hot tub, even on a cold February weekend, was bliss. The views are stunning. The weather wasn't on our side this weekend to make use of the golf or chess area or use the firepit. However, there has been so much thought put into the entire property. No one would be disappointed staying here. We've stayed at some beautiful places before, but this property has exceeded every other property we've ever stayed in. We will definitely be booking back up to stay in the summer months as we are dien to go back and use the amazing outside kitchen. But really, to go back and make more amazing memories. This property is definitely one, Everyone needs to visit. Family and friends that's seen photos from when we stayed has said the same it's truly beautiful place. My sister and her partner, my husband, 2 boys and myself had the most amazing weekend making memories here, witch will be the first of many trips. We are already working out when will work for us coming in the summer, even talked about making it a yearly thing 🥰
