Sea Glass Cottage - Hotel style 3 bed optional hot tub

The decor is really beautiful - the space is lovely , the little movie room is super cool , the kitchen is lush . The living area . Cute sign outside. The microwave at low level very practical :-) Super close to asda and the beach and some lovely bars and restaurants! Try smash burger it was amazing ;-)

The camera facing the hot tub that is activated when in it - not comfortable with my child being watched. So had refund and didn’t use it . Also didn’t appreciate the wife shouting in the background when I moved camera out if direct view . They state it’s spot checked by a management company .. but they knew within seconds we got in it . It’s a home camera and it’s clearly being watched from there house . Didn’t like so many rules it is a terrace house in a residential area so understand why , but it’s not very relaxing. Didn’t like the padlock on the back garden we had recycled everything as stated in the rules and bin was full and no access to The road . Lots of space in bedroom but no draws so for a week we had small rail and had to pile clothes on floor . The decor lush but not practical the beds are not comfy :- Didn’t like the the fridge either it’s to small for a weeks shopping . When I left something was told it would cost £20 to post back a dress … so not very accommodating. Luckily I met some amazing people in Seaham and they collected it around their times given . Didn’t like not having a space either 4/5 days :-( Also hated no toilet upstairs I wasn’t aware of this when I booked but my 76 year old mum slept on sofa as needs toilet to many times in night :-(

It was comfortable clean and had everything we needed.

Great location and house very impressive. Lots of extras provided. Car parking and security door very easy. Plenty of space for us all.

Pan handles some are loose, camera looking into the hot tub my girls found that worrying. No TV in bedrooms. Half the Sea glass sign broken. bed linen not ironed. Only one toilet downstairs so we had to have quick showers and baths! £20 extra for hot tub - this should be listed I was told it was not possible with the way booking. Com is set up.

Spacious lovely location I asked for some decorations as it was Christmas and they were spot on.

There were some areas for eg bathroom which needed a better clean but it didn’t spoil our enjoyment

3 bedrooms, clean, warm, good location, modern, very spacious comfortable stay.

No toilet upstairs, one rung of carpet on stairs had lifted.

We loved everything about our stay at Sea Glass Cottage. We made some amazing memories. Found endless pieces of sea glass and couldn't believe our luck at how lovely the house was! The younger ones had such a fab time in the hot tub and games area! Thank you so much, we'd love to return.

A beautiful house, cosy and comfortable, decorated to a high standard, lots of touches which made it extra special. Hot tub was perfect and private. To have accommodation of this standard and to be dog friendly is rare. We loved it and will be back. It was a little oasis in a location which was perfect for exploring the area.
