Folly Vacation Great Location, Vintage and Fun 120 Unit A

Breakfast wasn’t supplied we made our own. The location was good although it is a corner lot you could hear traffic.

Extremely noisy tenants upstairs you could hear everything

We were charged $2,500 in Damages when we left and there were no damages in the place was left cleaner than it was when we arrived. The breaker that controlled the dishwasher kept flipping off and was making a burning smell so we finally just left it off. When I called to ask why we were charged $2,500 they said that our pets had damaged the furniture. We have two dogs and they are both 10 years old and they have never chewed or scratched on anything. There was no trash left in the unit we swiffered and sanitized everything in the house and started a load of towels which was requested per the rules. There was nothing left in the refrigerator and everything was left clean. I am having to dispute the $2,500 charges. And while you are near the beach this is more than just vintage you're staring at one house that looks like it's about to fall down that's owned by a realtor. And the noise is horrible because the house almost sits in the road there is no real Frontage so you hear every single vehicle and see every light from every vehicle after dark and that goes directly into the bedrooms. Don't trust this company. We booked through booking.com originally and were charged an additional $150 damage deposit by the owner and then another $2,500 in Damages. My bank is working on that right now. I will never rent from a VRBO again because of this experience

Great Location, secluded and easy access to shops and beach!

It was super charming and clean, spacious and comfortable and a great location! Just a five minute walk from the beach and any businesses on main, but far enough away that you feel private! The beds were super comfy too, and my brother liked the pullout couch!

The walls were a bit thin but I wouldn't say it was a problem at all! It would be nice if the kitchen had a set of measuring cups

Upstairs was quiet with tenants below. Enjoyed outside porch. Amenities were well thought out & very much appreciated. Unit was very clean Thx for a comfortable stay!
