Close to beach and down town, for location was extremely inexpensive. Was things there that if I had forgotten mine , I would not have to buy. The hose for each unit was a wonderful touch as far as location and ease of use .Tvs in 3 rooms was also great.

Toilet could be updated to not use as much water to flush, some thought it was a plumbing issue and I believe it's the age of the toilet.
