Good location, parking is helpful, beds are comfortable, we slept very well. Apartment spacious, clean, comfortable.

Strong unpleasant smell of cleaning / chemical products in the building and in the apartment. Sometimes cleaners think the more stuff they spray the cleaner it will seem. It was very clean still there was a lot of rubbish left inside the box in the shower. Like empty shampoo sachets from previous guests. But its not critical. No microwave. And no water, nothing left at all for the guests. Costs nothing to leave some basics...

Very close to area with restaurants. Beside the beach too

A little noisy at night. To be expected though in a city/town area.

"Optimal für einen Stadt & Strand Aufenthalt"

Sehr zentrale Lage, in 2 Minuten am Strand und unmittelbar viele Cafés und Restaurants. Es gibt einen Aufzug und einen kleinen Mini Balkon. Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen freundlich und bei der Check out Zeit entgegenkommend.

Durch die zentrale Lage muss man entsprechend mit einem entsprechenden Geräuschpegel rechnen
