"Good, dog friendly, nice house."

Found the location easily, I was able to park outside the house throughout the whole weekend, plenty of free parking spaces. Nice completely enclosed garden perfect for Maple my dog. Everything we needed in house, comfortable beds. WiFi connected fine so that was great. Easily found our way to Vindico Arena to watch grandson play in an Ice Hockey Charity Match.( They came second!! Proud nanny moment)

"Comfy and convenient"

Location, cleanliness, the fact it had a back garden, hot shower, comfy bed, nice bedroom furnishings, quiet street, shop around the corner. We walked into town in 30 minutes.

It was clean but a little tired in places. Could do with a refresh.

Good location

Arrived to a strong odour in the property Quite a few insects flying around Didn't feel clean Didn't stay Contacted owners. Didn't seem interested with our issues. Didn't offer to help or offer any support Reported to booking. Com . Not really much help either as they needed the property to respond to our issues but never did. Avoid booking this property.

"Very disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness, delayed check-in, and lack of professionalism"

The heating system worked well, and having two separate bedrooms was convenient.

The property was not cleaned upon arrival, and we had to wait until 17:30 to check in after cleaning. The sofas were covered in pet hair, the rooms were untidy, and the bin was full. Communication was unprofessional . Also, access to the bedrooms is via a very narrow staircase with small steps, which was difficult as my husband has a leg problem.
