Condition of Caravan. 1: mold on bedroom curtains and frame. 2: ensuite toilet seat to small for toilet. 3: toilet brush in shower room has no handle. 4: oven door doesn't close properly so heat escapes, also starter button doesn't light oven. 5: entrance door has a large gap at the top when door is closed. 6: living room wall clock in need of new batteries as not working. 7: vacuum cleaners no charger and battery was dead. 8: sofa bed, there is no hard cover over sofa bed so you sink onto metal frame of bed. 9: unable to use sofa bed as frame was jammed. 10: shower head loose so drops down when water turned on 11: decking certainly ain't large enough for 8 people to sit out on

Domek był czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Duża lodówka to mega plus dla 5 osobowej rodziny. Blisko do plaży. Spokojna okolica. Dobrze wyposażony sklep na terenie ośrodka. Duży plac zabaw. Dobre połączenia autobusem z Great Yarmouth.

Brak miotły i nie działający odkurzacz przez co ciężko było sprzątnąć podłogi. Wielkości basenu tragiczna. Jak na tak duży obiekt to absolutnie powinien być większy. Dodatkowe atrakcje jak na takie warunki to drogie.

Comfy bed and living area. Good communication prior to arrival.

Property could have been cleaner. We found rubish from previous guests on the floor in the lounge and in the cupboards. Signs and lighting around the site could have been better and would have helped navigating to the property.

Nice size caravan in a great location for family and even if you just want to use it as a base. Had everything you needed too for your stay including cooking from scratch. Park its based on is lovely and the coms you get from the host is fab, covers everything.

Wasn’t 100% clean and didn’t find this out until after a few days of being there. Be careful once you leave as charged for something from a guest before us as that team didn’t pick it up before hand. I didn’t do my own photos before hand for prove so out of pocket! Not given no numbers to contact if their is problems.

Great caravan well equipped

Think club passes should come in with the caravan and not another £100 on top when you arrive!
