FRBouilloire et cafetière absentes. Murs tellement fins que l’on entendait toute la vie des voisins bruyants. Et pr finir pr le lit de notre fils: juste une housse de couettes en guise de draps , pas de couettes/couvertures et malgré les échanges : rien. Nous l’avons couvert avec les serviettes de toilettes. J’ai reçu des messages de type « si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit n’hésitez pas » mais ils ne prennent pas en compte vos demandes.

PTA localização do alojamento é fantástica!!! 😊 A casa é muito agradável, bem decorada e muito funcional.
A comunicação com o anfitrião (Vários Mundos) não foi conseguida, muito má! Fizemos várias tentativas de contacto (email, telefone, what'sApp) com o anfitrião, antes da estadia e à chegada ao alojamento, e nunca obtivemos qualquer tipo de resposta.
PAAlmost everything in the property was fine. No soap in the bathroom though, but the rest was okay.
We needed to wait almost two hours to check in. The details weren’t sent at time, and we even needed to contact one of the people who live in the residence (who doesn’t even work there) to get in touch with a staff member because no one was answering our calls and messages. Terrible service.
