ITthe location was perfect, right in the centre of Madrid, super comfortable.
ESPerfect Location
The property was so so dirty , never saw so not clean apartment . We made check in at 15:00 . Apartment was not prepared at all . 15:20 arrived cleaner and said give me 15 min and I will clean all d seriously what you can clean in 15 min . Nothing. Apartment was full of hairs , shower disgusting. Spoiled our holidays so much.
PTLocation was fantastic, even though the Carretas street is very crowded! Clean apartment we will come back any time.
No elevator and the AC was not working properly, the property should have a parking agreement with local parking the nearest parking was 38€ a day! To improve the experience later check out should be available

You can hear the neighbours talking through the wall. They woke us up both nights when they came home a 5am

USThe apartment was as pictured. Very clean and neat. Its location was perfect, near lots of shops restaurants and a reasonable walk to the museum.
Checkin process could have gone more smoothly (wrong room number and wrong access code) but staff responded pretty quickly so it wasn’t too bad. Also, the air conditioner had a hard time keeping up with the heat wave happening while we were there.
