Clean comfortable well serviced apartment with a nice SW facing balcony on the foothills of residential Genoa, a short walk from the city area and to nearby supermarket/ delicatessen/ coffee shops etc Parking nearby at approximately €17 per day.

Federica's place is a little gem we had the luck to find available. Perfect location, very very quiet, close to everything, super clean, furnished with every comfort you need for a great stay. The terrace, as big as the apartment itself, is a big plus and a pleasure. Federica is a wonderful host who made sure we had everything for our vacation. She checked in with us and was always available for any questions. Definitely our first choice next time we return to Genova.

Amazing apartment, Frederica and her family are exceptional hosts. Great communication before our stay and a lovely gift of cold Prosecco upon arrival. The apartment is spacious, very comfortable bed and a huge terrace. The location is quiet with a few supermarkets nearby, but close enough that you can walk to the busier part of town in around 10 minutes. Our stay was very short but the kitchen is set up perfectly for a longer-term visit.

Absolutely amazing. Flawlessly clean, superb furnishings with everything you need like at home. The landlord is super fast and supportive. The apartment is very large and bright and terrace is amazing. Fantastic to visit Genoa but also to work remotely as the connection is fast and reliable.

We loved how cozy the apartment was. It had everything you would need. All the personal touches were much appreciated! Frederica and her son met us at the property and couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. We felt immediately at home. The large terrace was our favorite part. Even better than the photos.

This is an excellent apartment with a guest in mind fully stocked utensils pans for kitchen the host met me at apartmrnt held luggage and was easily available the terrace is wonderful with comfortable furniture and a beautiful garden. The location was perfect quiet neighborhood but a 10 min walk to down town. I would like to come again.
