Host was very nice and helpful, the apartment was clean and had everything you need. Location was good, supermarkets and restaurant nearby.

Even better than the pictures on booking.com. Great rooms with useful furniture and everything you need. A very nice view from a huge, beautiful terrace. We had all we wanted for a enjoyable week. Might even come back in a few years.

We had an excellent time in Federica’s apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and was absolutely clean. The location is probably one of the best in Genova, quiet in the night, for day time coffee bars and good dining locations close by. The large terrace was nice even in February. Federica made our stay as comfortable as it gets. She is very knowledgeable about the city and made excellent recommendations – we will return.

Beautifully equipped and the best apartment we've ever had! EVERYTHING provided! Coffee pods, sugar, salt & pepper, wine, beer, olive oil, cookies, vinegar, shampoo, body wash and cleaning chemicals! Literally, everything you need is provided. OMG the Terrace! Even though it was rainy some of the time we were there, we loved having the terrace and welcoming in the new year with Neighbors! Beautiful, safe neighborhood with wonderful shops and a grocery around the corner. Don't miss Rosticceria & Salumeria for their Cimi and Mortadella. Walk the promenade at Boccadasse and stop for a cool beverage along the coast line. The apartment is just 10 minute walk to almost everywhere then grab the #36 back to Basilica di Santa Maria Immacolata.

Nothing, it was a perfect place to stay and celebrate the New Year

Fantastic apartment - the most beautiful in Genoa, perhaps. Federika is friendly, very kind and wonderful! She met us, told us everything (primarily gifts 😋), gave recomendationd for restaurants and Genoa sights. The apartment is beautifully furnished, there is a great taste and handiness, plenty of space, the terrace is luxurious. The area is quiet and close to the center, everything can be reached by foot. These were wonderful days, thank you😘

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. Frederica and Camilla met us on our arrival and made us feel so welcome. The apartment is absolutely beautiful- clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. I have never felt more at home in a holiday apartment. The beautiful outside terrace with all the lovely plants and herbs is an absolute bonus. Carignano is a very nice safe quiet area and only 10 minutes walk to the city centre. We hope to return to Genova and stay again in this beautiful apartment. Thank you Frederica and Camilla for such a lovely experience. Áine and Tom

Absolutely nothing

Absolutely beautiful host, was so willing to help with anything she could, she went above and beyond normal service. She sent us all her favourite restaurants on the area lovely quiet area and only a short walk to restaurants, bars shops and the local church the apartment was so lovely and clean and really refreshing to have such a large space and enormous balcony perfect for afternoon drinks. they even gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome drinks. couldn’t recommend this place more, and such lovely hosts

Federica was a very welcoming host and had thought of everything; it felt more like staying in somebody's home than in holiday accommodation. The booking.com messaging system wasn’t working when we left the UK, but we kept in touch with Federica using Whatsapp, which worked well. The apartment was well equipped, all the appliances, bathroom, wi fi, etc worked perfectly. There was a useful supply of coffee machine pods, shampoo, soap, washing liquid, dishwasher liquid, olive oil, balsamic vinegar etc. We also appreciated having 2 keys. The bed was big & very comfortable, with good quality pillows; we didn’t use the sofa beds so can’t comment on those. The apartment is in a quiet block in a quiet neighbourhood, and we especially enjoyed the balcony with its comfortable furniture, a washing line, and a lot of green plants. It was a real pleasure to sit there at any time of day. It is possible to walk into the historic port area in about 15 minutes (probably less if you are young!). The metro is a 10 minute walk away but up quite a hill when you are returning to the apartment, and I would suggest learning about the 35 bus route - those buses are very frequent and take you to the top of the hill, 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment block. I’m sure Federica would be glad to help with explaining the route.

Everything was more than perfect. The hosts are quite nice, kind, friendly, helpful and accessible whenever you need. Neighborhood is quite safe and calm. It is very close to the city center on foot. The house is quite clean and proper. Every detail is thought beforehand like a five-star hotel, so when you enter the house, you feel you are home. With lovely terrace, and roomy inside it is indeed more than an accommodation. There is no single thing that needs to be improved, highly recommend!
