Good location with harbour views, close to town. Good parking, although not a wide access.

We needed to do a proper clean here to be able to use anything, which was very disappointing. Dirty toilet seat with dried wee on it, shower unclean with residue of soap and historical mould and limescale. Kitchen not better - drawer greasy inside, utensils dirty, we had to take everything out, wash and put back, fridge was extremely dirty and unusable, not looked into for a long tine with residue of thick ice and dried dirt. Bedrooms dusty, there was a layer of thick dust on the top of both bedframes - this is a basic housekeeping! Also maintenance is not in the best shape either- both wardrobes have handles that are loose and not stay in place and shower hose bended and ripped in on place so is blocking the water pressure while in use, can be used only at one angle. Terrible smell after every shower and low pressure. Multiple situations of cannabis being smoked in the building that affected our stay. After all the effort, we wanted to extend our stay due to personal situation but the offered price was not competitive. At the end of the stay - issue with a cleaner entering property without warning as he mistaken it for an empty one, disturbed my day as he didn't even knock! All of the above was reported straight away, but not much of reconciliation offered.

Parking outside that's it

I dont moan about accommodation but this was awful , heating regulated couldn't even turn up, Windows was massive and rooms really cold , I paid for a double bed which was two single beds bodged together which was horrible on my back , I would never stop here again not worth £20 a night never mind £90

Lovely clean apartment

Living room was very hot at times, even with heating switched off.

The location was fantastic. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The property was available last minute and the staff were super helpful. Private parking.

The doors were heavy and noisy so if you needed to get up in the night it woke everyone up. Some basic facilities were lacking e.g. only 1 fork between a whole family, hand soap watered down, not enough toilet rolls.

Location to the train station

Flat batteries in the remote for tv, I had to go out and buy some. A couple of knobs were loose on the wardrobe. Fire doors, which I understand are necessary, are too strongly sprung. Some glasses were dirty. Toilet seat is not attached properly.

Central location so good for visiting other places in Suffolk. Good and punctual bus service. Nice view of the harbour.

Although the area is central, it is quite run down. Central shopping area is like a ghost town, presumably because if residents using huge supermarket on the edge of town. A huge amount of seagulls actually nesting above shops, so lots of seagull faeces on the streets. The apartment was very comfortable but lacking attention to detail on some basic repairs etc.
