El apartamento es una auténtica pasada lleno de detalles con una decoración muy cuidada y sobre todo pensado para hacer tu estancia cómoda. Su situación es perfecta, muy céntrico y cercano a todo a pie. Si vas con coche el tema parking se complica. Vincenzo un anfitrión maravilloso presto ayudarte en todo antes , durante y después de tu estancia. Te asesora y ayuda en todo cuidando con detalle que te encuentres como en tu casa. Cuando llegamos nos había dejado una variedad de fruta, yogurt, bebidas ..,, Sin duda una estupenda elección, para mí que me encanta la decoración ha sido muy lindo. Graciassss Vincenzo por todo !!!

A nossa hospedagem em Palermo foi muito boa, principalmente em função de toda hospitalidade de Vicenzzo. A acomodação é bem fiel as fotos do Booking. A localização é muito boa, próximo as principais ruas e atrações. O elevador ajuda bastante, pois em muitos locais que ficamos durante a nossa viagem pela Sicília não possuíam esse item. Outro ponto relevante foi a comunicação com o anfitrião, ele foi muito atencioso em todos os aspectos. Excelentes itens de limpeza, higiene pessoal e utensílios de cozinha. Com certeza nós ficaríamos novamente nesse apartamento caso voltemos a Palermo.

Everything was simply PERFECT. Vincenzo is a unique host you don't meet that often. He always had top reccomendarions for us amd was available any time we had a question. The apartment felt like home and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The appartment was even better than we expected! It’s in the heart of the city, in a very good condition and well maintained. It even has double windows for the street noise so you don’t hear anything! Overall a very nice experience, especially since Vincenzo provided us with everything he could, bikes, water, sweets and coffee for breakfast! An excellent host, 10/10!!!

Excellent apartment for remote work with outstanding host support! My friend and I stayed here for a working vacation and were thoroughly impressed. Each bedroom has a dedicated work desk, and the fast internet made video calls seamless. With doors closed, we could take calls simultaneously without disturbing each other. What truly sets this place apart is Vincenzo's exceptional responsiveness. After a power outage (common in Palermo), Vincenzo immediately took action and had the malfunctioning router replaced together with a backup UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply). Now the router keeps running even during power outages - great for uninterrupted remote work. Truly outstanding service. The neighborhood offers excellent cafés, bars, restaurants, a large supermarket and - obviously - the harbor and many historic sites all within walking distance. The trade-off of this vibrant location is street noise during night (and sometimes day), but two double-glazed windows in each bedroom help reduce sound - we weren't bothered either during working hours or when sleeping, but that is obviously subjective. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable work-friendly space with a host who genuinely cares about guest experience!

Vincenzo was very organised and the communication with him was easy. Message and pictures to find the appartement and very good adress and tips for the area. Vincenzo is a perfect host, very kind and patient (we arrived quite late at night). You can feel that he is very proud and happy to show his appartement and provided really good advices. The flat is located in a lively area, with restaurants and a few bars. That comes with little activity at night but that was not disturbing at all for our sleep as a family. I recommand that you try the honey rhum bar just around the corner if you want to hear live music and good guitar player and singer. The flat is very well located to visit Palerm and its historic center. If you are into running, its wonderful to go around villa Giulia (near the botanical garden) from the house or along the port also close by the house. The place itself is what you can call a real home. Better and bigger than in the pictures. Warm, confy, welcoming: every furnirure/ pièce of decoration has been chosen with perfect taste. It gives to the ensemble an "home" and "authentique" feeling. Beverage and snacks were provided. Touristic info as well. I wish i could have stayed longer!  Vincenzo bravo! vous avez mis la barre très haut! Je recommande sans hésitation. Angélique, Adrien et Mia

Rien à dire de négatif.

Spacious, great location, tastefully decorated in eclectic style. Almost everything you could think you would need was provided. Welcome snacks , dessert and even alcohol (we don’t drink) on 1st day. Information book about local attractions, restaurants, souvenir shops etc proved invaluable. Owner was always responsive and constantly in contact with suggestions.

It was nicely located and decorated very beautifully. There was everything you might need inside, including bicycles. Vincenzo was a great host - he let us check in to the property earlier than it was possible due to the Booking rules and left some food for us to eat after the long road.

We stayed in many properties across Italy, this was our favourite. What you cant see in the pictures is the details the owners have attended to. Nice linen, good towels, air conditioners all work well, its a nice hot good water pressure shower. The home is desogner decorated its very pleasing to the eye, very clean and everything works. There was nice refreshments in fridge and a variety of delicacies offered. To top it off location is amazing its just steps from being right in town, large bedrooms. Absolutely wonderful stay for us and our son.

(granted we are light sleepers and the apartment being located right in town it could benefit from a second set of glazing like the other apartments across the street).
