Very welcoming and felt like a true home

Apparment is located in a very center of a livelly city area. For us it was perfect location, everything in walking distance, at day and night. We had a car and were able to park close by every evening, although parking may appear quite hectic - but that's Palermo. We were two couples and liked appartment a lot. It is big, two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds. All what is needed was available and apprtment was very clean. Streets around are live and nosy at night, but we expected that. There are double windows in both bedrooms that face the street and when closed, noise is totally acceptable. Higly recommended!

Best location to all delicious cafes and restaurants, not far from the airport. Clean and comfortable settings in the house. The host provided lots of information everyday. It was lovely.

A bit of loud nightlife was direct to my room window. But the host was so kind and considerate to provide earplugs.

I rarely write reviews, usually I'm too lazy, but here I'll definitely spend my time! The apartment is beautiful, even better than in the photo. So, you don't have to worry about that. Every mq of the apartment is thought out and decorated to the smallest detail, creating a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is fully equipped with household appliances, kitchen, microwave. everything. There is a washing machine, you can wash your clothes after the beach. There is even a vacuum cleaner and a mop if you need to remove the sand that came from the beach. A balcony to dry beachwear. And also a balcony to pour yourself a glass of wine and look around the noisy street, where Italians and guests of the city dine, relax, dance - it's romantic) I'll note right away that this street is noisy, but Vinchetso installed a double window and the noise is dampened, although it does not disappear completely. Usually noisy parties on Friday and Saturday, like everywhere, but to be honest, my kids and I hadn't an issue to felt asleep after swiming and walk around the city. For everyone else Vincenzo provides earplugs. But you live in the down town within walking distance of all the sights, a pedestrian street, shops with nice souvenirs. (BTW to look into the shop Colori del Sole, it is very close in the neighboring house - these are amazing souvenirs! No mass market, pure Palermo!) The air conditioners worked perfectly! We rented a car, in Palermo (as in all of Sicily) it is very difficult with parking spaces, but literally 100m away there is a paid parking (5€/night), Vincenzo will tell you. Or if you are lucky to find a free space you can park the car right next to the house (it's not prohibited). I only paid for 5 from 13 days ;) Vincenzo is a great guy, it was very pleasant to contact him and he kindly gave his advice and recommendations.

Our one week stay in Palermo in Vincenzo's apartment turned out to be an extremely positive experience. We have enjoyed its position when its completely in the city centre very close to most of the sights and also super close to the train station (all reachable without need of the taxy). The apartment is very cosy, spacious and well equipped. We actually haven´t found anything we would miss within these days we have stayed there. On top of that is Vincenzo, who was a great host answering promptly every question we had and giving as very valuable recommendations. We are very grateful for this and would highly recommend you to book this apartment. You will not regret it!

The apartment is quite spacious and nicely decorated. It has everything one needs for the stay and has the lived-in feel, which is nice. The kitchen is well equipped and has basic cooking supplies, e.g. salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, etc. The host, Vincenzo, communicated everything well ahead of the time and also sent us information for places to visit and restaurants to try. He also checked with us a few times during our stay that we had everything we needed. The location is near the water and the historical center, which makes it easy for sightseeing and an evening stroll at the waterfront.

The noise from street can be a bit bothersome sometimes, but it is part of Palermo and the guests are duly warned about it when booking.

The location of the apartment is perfect. Very close to the harbour, Vittorio Emanuelle and all the other sights in the city centre. You have restaurants and nightlife on the street to get a great vibe but not so much that it is a problem. Our host Vincenzo was nothing short of fantastic - gave great advice and helped us when we needed help finding transport to the airport. We highly recommend Vincenzo and the apartment.
