Holiday with Seaviews in Golf del Sur TLP516

Saltea, perne, cearceafuri excelente. Presiunea apei cale. Bucataria echipata cu tot ce vrei. Balcon mare, piscina incalzita, marea aproape.

Dimineata se face cald, nu sunt draperii opace, nu ai un loc de parcare, tre sa te plimbi pe strazi pentru a parca.

Everything was as you would expect home from home and everything you needed 😌

Pas de parking..difficile de se garer. Toilettes bouchées à notre arrivée, dépannage 2 jours après.

Bel appartamento, fornito di tutto il necessario per alloggiare. Nella zona vicino ci sono parecchi ristoranti e dei negozi.

L'hotel etait très beau propre, pas beaucoup de bruit, très grand, belle vue sur la mer.

Compliqué de trouver l'adresse exacte de l'hotel pas très bien indiqué.

Terrazza ampia con lettini e tavolo da pranzo. Lavatrice e lavastoviglie a disposizione. Perfetta pulizia.

Pochi piatti e tazze disponibili, il che ha reso necessario l'uso frequente della lavastoviglie, non completamente piena.

Island Prime were the travel agents looking after this property and they deserve a very special mention. Nothing was too much trouble for Elisa and especially Alexa who at all times went above and beyond for us to make our stay the best it could possibly be. Before we arrived I had some questions about various aspects of the resort, airport taxis etc and Elisa came back to me almost immediately to answer my queries . When we arrived , it was dark and I struggled to see the code in the lockbox to open the gate to the complex and the door to the apartment. I called the office and the phone was answered immediately by Alexa who talked me through everything until we were safely inside the the apartment. We had an issue with no signal on the tv and a technician was sent to us the next day. Unfortunately we were never able to master it even after he fixed the problem. We didn't really miss it . Another time our key got stuck in the door, it was Christmas eve but we had someone around to replace the lock within a couple of hours. I don't think we could have got better service anywhere and I will put it all down to these wonderful ladies working for Island Prime. Nothing was too much trouble. At the end of the holiday we could not manage to get a taxi back to the airport but again Alexa stepped in , eventhough she was off duty at the time and got us sorted.

If I had to be picky , for us , we would have preferred to have a reception desk to facilitate all our queries ,especially on arrival , when you don't know where you are going , its late and dark , but this is a very small thing. It was outweighed by the excellent service from the team in Island Prime. We were given every possible direction to facilitate us, but as I am 73 years old with a special needs son , this proved difficult for me. One other small complaint. I asked about bicycle hire , from Island Prime before we travelled , I was informed that it was not available in Golf Del sur, Only in Los Abrigos , the next town , a bus , taxi ride or a 20 minute walk on the board walk. We made our way there to be told that the bicycle hire was not in service . We were very dissapointed as it is a big part of our holiday, Some days later, we found a place right in the resort of Golf Del Sur, Called NOW , where we were able to hire bicycles no problem.
